第二步：向 FSMTB 提交申请并获得准考证（ATT）

拿到结业证后，你需要向 FSMTB（联邦按摩考试委员会）提交申请。FSMTB 负责管理 MBLEx 考试。你需要登录官网提交资料并上传结业证书。审核通过后，你会收到一封电子邮件。
